Is the parent case the 9.3x72r, similar to the 9x70r and the 8x72R? If so, can you not just run 9.3 brass through a 6.5x70 reloading die?

If you get Bertrm brass, I suggest you anneal the brass before reloading. My experience is that their brass tends to be very hard and cracks when fired.
