85lc I had a similar problem with eBay. I bought a shoulder holster from the US. The seller was using the eBay's Global Shipping Program. Their shipping company confiscated the holster. When I queried with eBay I was told the problem was that the shipper considered anything made of animal products to be restricted. The holster was leather and therefore they wouldn't ship it. eBay refunded the money however I still lost due to Paypal using a different exchange rate between the purchase and the refund.

Never again.
