Thanks for your response. The cocking leaver appears to be cast steel, and mine has been cut and a fluid steel lever tig welded in place, that has created a weak point and I have a high pressure cartridge on that rifle with very little taper to the case. I occasionally will get a stuck case, when that happens the leaver will bend at the welded point.
