Thanks for the advice! While I am still looking for Horneber and RWS, I was given a lead, on another forum, that netted me 55 pieces of new Betram cases for $108! I will see how 5 cases work for a few firings. I will then anneal the rest if the need arises, and anneal every few shots thereafter. I am still in the process of gathering components to build my rifle, but once it's done, I'll report back my results on brass life with the Betram, and hopefully, Horneber and RWS as well.
