This Greener double rifle is in exceptional condition. Rebounding hammers, damascus barrels, pinned forend, excellent bores and checkering. Faint case colors over entire action and locks. Under lever hammer gun locks up as new. Wood to metal fit is excellent, NO proud metal! Only defect is very minor pitting on the outside of the left barrel near the breach. Wood is SOLID, minor bruising. Iron grip cap and butt plate.Weight about 9 lbs 3 oz. 25 3/8 inch barrels by Adams and Tate with Henry rifling. Pull is 14 3/8. No engraving except for name and address. Built about 1876. This double rifle appears not to have been refinished.
