Have found something I "need", so have to sell a couple-- I have a Thomas Turner double in 577-500 #2 express, very nice original condition. Bores almost as new, steel. Wood solid and I believe original finish. Jones, stalking safeties, non rebounding hammers. With brass, dies, and custom mould, cost over $600. Excellent shooter- $7000 shipped. Peterlongo cape is 16, 2 3/4, full, by 7x57r. 1927 I believe. Bores excellent, wood refinished, very nice except grip checkering has some old finish and needs to be freshed up. Toplever, rebounding hammers, tight and on face. Original blue, 80%, receiver and locks silvering. Kahles scope, just back from Kahles with a clean bill of health, in original claw mounts. Accurate!! $2500 shipped. Email for pics, available the end of this week. Ask questions, as I don't want to have a return, since the cash will have been spent!! Thanks, Doug rdsl@zianet.com |
