What a coincidence! My fine example of this rifle was on the table at a local Collectors meet just last night! Its chambered for the .303 British cartridge. Funny anecdote: when I first acquired that rifle many years ago (before Google), my Dad and I spent about a day and a half trying to figure out how to remove the bolt from the action. Those of you who own one will likely sympathize... While I am unashamedly an Anglophile when it comes to sporting rifles, I really like the 1899 Remington Lee in its sporter configuration.
