Wow I needed to read the whole thread.. I'd already asked the exaxt question I just did above.. Silly me!

Ordered a copy of the above book too. Hopefully it arrives before I head to the US again so I'll have something to read on the flight. It's coming from England so may not arrive in time. Ah well!
