Finnish Mosin rifles from my experience ,if having a good bore and bedded propetly are among the most accurate military rifles ever made .The important thing in getting any Mosin to shoot is to slug the bore so correct diameter bullets are used.The Finns used shims to bed their rifles. I go a bit further and pillar bed the action along with glass bedding and free floating the barrel.
