I did not state that I had a problem with this scope, all the contrary, I'm delighted that it can focus at such close ranges. Since one of the calibers on the drilling is 22 LR -( ie relative close range shooting), I'm VERY pleased that the scope can focus and be free of parallax at close range.
My question was - how uncommon is that for a German scope, I don't own or have ever seen a German/Austrian scope ( NON adjustable objective type ) that could focus at such close range.
