Donīt know if I understand your problem correctly.
Parallaxe set is done by factory on nearly all scopes of German origin to 100 m .That means you have no real problems between 50 - 150 m. Special order settings normally could be realised.
Focussing , if not by turning the ocular , is normally done by a wheel in the turret .
A picture of your scope could help.
