good old Winchester M 1910 in 401 WSL coming from sweden. more of this rifle's available there so it must have been a moose caliber before WW 2.

the butt plate is not original anymore but I am not a winchester collector. seems to be a common problem with those old winchester's. I think the plate was made of an early kind of plastik that did not survive the years.

anyone knows how to disassemple the forearm? it looks like a special tool is necessary to loose what looks like a nut.

in an old german cartridge manual the kynoch load is listed as the only one available in 1973

here its only legal on roe deer but it seems this is a serious short range rifle
