You should be running .375” projectiles and coated should not need lube.
Wouldn’t hurt to smear a little something on it though if you like.
Shooting cast in my 375 Rimless Express is an absolute pleasure and your flanged cartridge at cast velocities should be sweet.
You can run coated easily to full speed in that rifle though too.
