Thanks for the info,
the reason for this question was that I use a lot of Blackwidow hard cast, coated projectiles which are an excellent product, but they can only size .375 or .379 ( .379 for 38-55 ) and I'm thinking .375 might be a bit small as my Sprinter barrel is .375.
