The powder I am using needs to be baked at 400deg for 10 minutes
I use an old toaster oven with a temperature dial which I set at a little over 400 and bake for 12 minutes
I will get an internal thermometer to confirm the actual temperature eventually but it would have to be dedicated to the purpose as I don't want to be using it in a food oven.
