I am reading alot about powder coating cast bullets. No lube needed and one can push them to almost same velocity as jacketed without any leading.
Cast, powder coat,bake,and size is what one does. Gas check is optional. I am looking into this process to eliminate the lubing process and the mess. Getting higher velocities is somewhat interesting also.
