There are many variations to DIY lube, the last time I was reading it up there, I was so full of Stearate's and Babbitt and cofactors, I just slunk back to pan lubing . But, do look around, Bens Red or Felix lube might be just right for your collection of wax,especially to mix up and use in a lube sizer.
WRT the Lee Alox, I just toss the projectiles in an used yogurt or icecream tub,squirt a few drops of Lee Alox and give them a shake rattle and roll for a few minutes,prior to size and seat.So far I've only done that for 230 gr Lee TL .452"
The 7 mm and .30 cal,I pan or dip lube.
I'm planning to use soy wax and BW ,equal amounts, with ATF and 2T,for my next batch of lube,with a tsp of carnauba wax.
