Sounds like you've got it figured out now.

Tight leades/some call the whole thing a tight throat, can be a pain until you get things sorted out. Having to size a 2 diameter bullet to properly fit is just one of the 'problems' that needs solving for some rifles.

With a ctg. that can easily shoot cast bullets at the same ballistics as factory loads makes for very cheap practise.

I've not had good luck with CH making dies to match the brass that was sent. This soured me on recommending them for any custom work. I have, on the other hand, had good luck with Hornady - finding them easy to get along with.
