The hard shot brought it up to .4115, but for some reason I was still getting some small ones in there. Was not consistent with that batch of shot blend. I was quite surprised with that issue.
In the meantime I picked up two LBT moulds for it, both .412 nominal. One is a 320grWFN-GC and the other is a 400grLFN-GC. They both turned out .4135 dia with wheelweights and 1/20. They also came out average 2 gr heavier than marked with those blends. They were both cut to use .416 gator checks,put them on thru a .412 sizer from Buffalo Arms with some LBT soft blue lube. The sizer brought them down to .4125.
Now I am in the hurry up and wait mode for an M-die expander from Buffalo, hopefully it will arrive in the next couple of days.
I will load up some rounds with Trailboss, 5744 and very likely some H4831 for the first session at it.
