Guys, I'm sorry if I misled you but the OP was 50% toungue in cheek. Here are the bullets I produced the next day after the 're-build'.

At 50 yards, 51 grains 2206H with one wool wad went into 0.480". I will try it again at 100 yards when I get a chance.
