Maybe one of your problems is using to hard a lube without a heater attached to your lube/sizer. I recently added one to mine and oh what a difference it made in lubing the bullet. Everyone now comes out with the lube grooves completely filled and you don't have to fight turning the crank, nor do you have to worry what the temperature is in the shop or outside.
