I am trying to determine when Norma made the change for the 9.3x62 cartridge using the 286 gr PP-DC (Plastic Point Dual Core. Nickel jacket with a yellow plastic tip.) which I see listed in a 1982 Norma brochure, to a copper jacket with a red plastic tip as shown in a 2000 brochure.

Does anyone have Norma catalogues/brochures for the period 1983 to 1999 that may show when the changeover was made?
