My cable guard is popping out of the riser of my Bowtech.

I could tighten the screw that locks it up but it's risky.
The steel screw could wreck the thread drilled in the aluminium riser. I prefer add glue and moderately tighten the screw.

Which glue is the best appropriate to glue alu and carbon fiber?
