Have been a bow hunter since 1954 and have used fixed blade's exclusively. I've always said anything made by man will have a failure rate and no matter how small that might be, I don't want to be the one that has the failure. Having hunted all over North America and Africa I've never had a failure. Sharpening a broadhead is in my opinion just part of the bowhunting.
