This is my two smaller patterns with the field scalpel and the upland game bird. I dont call the upland game bird knife a bird and fish as it would need to be stainless to really comply with that naming so while it can easily be used for fish it would need to be noted that this is carbon steel, 15N20, that I use for the smaller blades.
