Howard Hill Longbows Tearing-up the Paper Javelina in the NT

I thought I'd share some photos from my practice this arvo...

You can shoot these 70" longbows sitting-down.


These photos shows the results from the 60# string-follow Redman on a new Javie target.




Then the 75# Wesley Special came-out to play. As usual, Gabby supervised.


These are my two Howard Hill longbows (at present; another is being made), custom-made by Craig Ekin of Howard Hill Archery in Hamilton, Montana.






The Redman is made of yew with a cocobolo riser; the Wesley Special is made of bamboo with a bocote riser. The arrows are Douglas fir. The arrows and strings are home-made.
