I recently commisioned Roger on this forum to make a knife for a friend of mine as a gift for his help in my Buff hunt in Oz last year. It arrived today and I am very very happy with it. I am going to try to put three direct photos on now. The handle is made from a chunk of wood or more accurately the base of a briar type tree that was in my garden down here in Spain, it was dead and me and the gardener spent 3 hours on a "Shane" type mission digging it up ! Good fun though, I have a fair size root left so if anyone would like a bit let me know. it has been drying for about 3 years now. You pay postage though !!!
