Does anyone know if any of these are any good?

I bought some Gold Tip Precision Broadheads / Centurion. They are a hardened steel chisel point (I am reading the packet) with three small razor blade type blades that slot in and are tightened with a lock nut behind.

Was told they give the same flight characteritics as a target point for longer range shooting. Was told to reserve them for deer etc and also bought a lot of crappy carbon steel two blade points for pigs, goats, giant grasshoppers etc. Good advice as I will probably hit more rocks than flesh.
