The Mathews system works quitewell and has been proven over the years. String wear is no different than any of my previous bows. The off set is very slight........and is only done to keep the cams centered in the limbs. It is a high performance cam. I get 276fps with my hunting set up. The old WB is looking good. I may pick one up this summer. I think it would make a great hunting rest. Especially when chasing elk through the high country! No worries with the arrow falling off the rest.
