I suspect a .60 caliber ball would be fairly difficult to get into a .410 shell and if you were able to get them in there and load them in the shotgun, there may be some damage done to the shotgun should you decide to pull the trigger! No, it is a 12 gauge load. 325 grains does help with penetration.
