Yes please! I'm happy to try new ways to serve goose, especially when the freezer is looking healthy! Another 7 birds were added yesterday morning.

We have a couple of chefs in our local Arms Collectors Association, one has given us a curry recipe, Badun Tamil style, but its a bit complicated. Nevertheless, I must do it before I see him next, or else.....!

Another friend who doesn't hunt is happy to make Goose Stroganof, and she is a fantastic cook. Come to think of it, I better let her know about my recent success out on the swamp... !
