Late in the game here. Don't bother with the Gehas. They are a hassle to work on and things tend to go wrong (break, bend, etc) when you don't want them to. They are strong enough though. Remember, all of the Marlin goose guns locked on the bolt handle. The late 80's Mossberg bolt guns were great. 2 locking lugs and a tang safety. Built one in 20 with a slow twist barrel for full bore slugs. Has a 2-7 Nikon on it and it shoots very well. Similar to working on a Remington 700. Cheers. Tom |
