The slower burning shots he'll powders can deliver very good patterns, even up to 1 1/4 ounce loads, with pressures below 8,000PSI. Lighter shot loads with the same powders like SR7625 and SR4756 are great for this if available.
Lyman's Shotshell Loading books have loads that work.
