I'm curious. Guns having 2 1/2" chambers can have proofs of 1954 or later?
Been shooting 12 bore shotguns since I was in grade 8. Up until & including today, there is no such thing as 2 1/2" ammo, except for .410 shotguns, here in Canada.
Supply will meet demand, I suppose. No demand, no need for supply.
