I doubt my grandfather bought an expensive shotgun. Almost certainly a cheap one.




was never cheap , allways labour intensive but other barrels were much cheaper with less strength.
before nitro powder came it was a businees like other. the craftsmen in liege were working for little money but they know what to do. so maybe it was enough payment for not to die of hunger.

for restoring a family gun I would not look on the money.
