DD, I believe that is a 5 dram load. What velocity do you get and are you using rifle or musket nipples?

I used a similar load (120 gr FFg) in a 58 cal musket with minnie ball and musket nipple and found the hammer recocked from gas pressure from the nipple. I think it blew the skirts out from the minnie ball as it wasn't that accurate.
