Nothing illegal in the US about firing a jacketed bullet in a smooth bore gun.
He has fired a number of 50 BMG's in various 12 shot guns.
He has worked with a number of class III dealers and manufacturers using destructive devices. I suspect he also has connections into people with explosive ordnance experience. His hand grenades seem exceedingly powerful.
He is scary dangerous.
