hundred years ago the sweet 16 was the most used shotgun caliber in europe. maybe this changed after ww 2. if you compare the 16 ga action with a 12 ga action you will understand that I prefer the 16 any day. most gunwriter doing the best to write down the 16 g in the last decades but it survive and have a slow but steady comback.
