Very few of us would use Buckshot or Slugs in an antique or damascus barrel either!
...but honestly, I don't think that 'tornado' brush would do any harm. The wires are smooth and rounded, actually a bit of a mystery as to why it works at all!

; I have a double 16 bore 2.5" Husky coming, side hammers and underlever with a straight rifled right barrel and iron sights. I am hoping the right barrel's rilfing actually has some twist, maybe 1 in 100" or so. If not, Oh well.
: I don't know if it's damascus or solid steel, no matter, I'll be shooting RB's for sure, either /or. Already have the Lyman .662" mould - unused as of yet. RB's develop less pressure than does the same weight of shot.
