Hoppdoc - those look surprisingly like rock chuck videos I've seen before. Anything but a match bullet lacks the accuracy to dispatch humans at long range - 1,000 yards and beyond. I would be mightly surprised to learn of an explosive bullet that possessed that accuracy- mighty surprised. There was no explosion on those rockchucks, just the animals hide not being able to contain the shockwave tht accompanies the bullet. My Swift did the same thing to gophers at 50 yards. It takes a .300 mag or larger to do that to a rockchuck. The hide is tougher. : I do not believe those were human targets - looked like large rodents to me.
