Hi, CHAPUISARMES. Yes, I'm taking a gamble with booking so far ahead. At worst, I'll have an interesting holiday. I do hope to pickup a nice plains rifle from between the wars; a dangerous game rifle from the same period would be nice, but probably outside my budget.

When I got the catalog for the last auction I was disappointed, and thought it not worth going down to Melbourne, even though there were some nice rook rifles for sale. I now regret not going to the auction, and so am making sure I'll be there for something that may surprise.
