AHR now makes a 700 bolt action rifle that will easily get 2100 ft/sec with a 1000 grain bullet. It will be tested, but will probably get 2300 or 2400 ft/sec. These rifles cost in the 11,000 to 13,000 dollar range. While not cheap, the sure beat the price tag of the Peter Hambraush 700 bolt rifle. Wayne has completed 2 and is working on 2 more right now.
