Even if you buy a "ready made" 10.75x68 Mauser I expect a royality payment.
The 10.75x68 just might be the best all round big bore bolt rifle for NA. Enough "thump" not too much recoil, and enough ambiance and snob appeal to make it interesting.
Maybe I better call the patent office.
