The Vari-X II scopes that I own do not have indents in the windage and elevation turrets, so they are not "click adjustable." I found this very frustrating when sighting in the rifles, as I would usually over-shoot the correction. Once adjusted however, each of them has provided reliable service. The newer VX-II scopes may be click adjustable, but I still prefer the VX-III series. My recommendation is to get the VX-III scope.
