416 Ruger??

Just read an article by Jon Sundra in which he had Empire Rifles build a .416 by necking up the new .375 Ruger. In his tests Jon states the cartridge capacity is very close to the same as the 416 Rem and therefore would be easy to work up loads for. This also means muzzle velocity of 2400 fps and energy of around 5100 plus will be attainable. Jon also states that if Ruger and Hornady do this, muzzle velocity will more likely be around 2500 fps with energy being around 5500 ft/lbs--reason is Hornady will be using "advanced" loading techniques and high energy propelants that us common folk don't have access to..All of this through a "standard-length" action...I have other .416's but this really interests me..

Has anyone built one of these? What are your thoughts if this happens as to its use in Africa versus the .416 Rem, Rigby, Taylor??
