Leupold has a reputation for standing by their scopes no matter what. I have never had to exercise the warranty, so I can't attest to this from personal experience.

Burris advertises the same warranty. I did have to send a new Burris scope back, four times in the past year. It has not provided five minutes of satisfactory service, as it was broken when I received it. I have a large number of Burris scopes that have given good service, but I have given up on the company.
