If you don't end up casting your own, you might check out thebulletbarn.com here in B.C. They do good hard cast bullets with gas checks and are great to deal with. (Shipping to Ontario could be a bit costly, though.) There is also a fellow from Sask. on the Canadian Gunnutz forum, Ben Hunchak, who is "Mr Cast Bullets."
