My book is showing 3 different bullets and loads using 3031 powder. The 400gr. bullet shows 9034ft. lbs energy, 500gr. 9900ft.lbs. and the 600gr. at 8040ft. lbs. just those three are pretty damn close to that 10,000lb. mark. As for Ackley's loads, I didn't know that.
