I am in the process of getting a new Magnum Mauser made up ,was thinking of 416Rigby but now will go with the .505 Gibbs. The question is what safety the M70 3 position or the original mauser style?. I will not be scoping this big thumper and I know the M70 is more popular but has any one used both and what is better? I am used to M70 but looking at keeping rifle with original style and resale.
