If I were to buy a dedicated AK Brown Bear rig (and price was a consideration) I would order a Hein in 375 H&H with a synthetic stock and some high tech coating like Roguard or NP3. Other choices for me would be the 338WM, 416 Rigby or 458 Lott (depending on how thick the bush would usually be and how close I would have to get).

Don't hate on the 338WM though, it is a fine cartridge.
